The first annual New Product Exchange meeting will take place at the beef industry convention in Reno, Nevada this February. Please join us to review all of the Beef Innovations Group product prototypes, discuss new product ideas, and see the new chuck roll cuts and their associated marketing materials. We encourage manufacturers to bring new beef product ideas to this meeting and work with our state beef councils to promote them. The date and time is Feb. 6th from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.
